Live chat support was very fast. I was the only one in the queue, and my request was taken immediately. I had reached out to ask about some discrepancies on the site that I was confused about. 1. Exclusive VIP program – The same thing pretty much applies here. When a casino tells you that their loyalty program is “invite-only,” you know that it is only to cater to big spenders. 
2. Withdrawal fees – I don’t need to elaborate on this, so I won’t.

But, if you are looking for a crypto-only casino with a lot of great games and you expect to be a high roller, Rocketpot might be for you. But, for the average player, given all the withdrawal rules and fees, this one is probably a pass.
