1. Bitcoin Penguin Casino Review

The first thing I do when I page through a crypto casino is to check what license it has. And, what worries me quite a bit about Bitcoin Penguin is that they don’t have any. 

I do understand that in the world of virtual currencies, it is 100% possible but to be fair, there are hundreds of other crypto-only casinos that have licenses and I can’t help to wonder why they would avoid this process entirely. This is not a good start for this Bitcoin Penguin review.

They have been around since 2014 and work with some of the best software developers in the industry so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. 

The site is simple and I can’t see that there is much of a theme going on except for the penguin logo. Navigation is smooth and besides the promotional banner at the top, you are immediately met with all the games on the homepage. 

There are quite a number of search options including Slots, Craps, Poker, Roulette, Lottery, Live, and even weird categories like Valentine-Day, which I suppose have not been updated since February. 

Your wallet and profile are found at the top right corner and right at the bottom, you’ll see the Privacy Policy, Support, and the Terms and Conditions pages, which I also found interesting because it is a one-pager and really uncomfortable to read.

As one would expect, the registration process is fast and easy. Once I confirmed my email address, I was good to go.

It is quite hard to guess the correct animals because there are so many options but if you do guess correctly, the prize money is quite lucrative

5. Customer Support

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! There is no other way to describe the customer support team. 

There is a live chat option, and an online contact form, and although Bitcoin Penguin has Facebook and Twitter links on its homepage, the last post made on Twitter was in July 2019 and I couldn’t find them on Facebook. So, I suppose it’s outdated or faulty.

And a FAQ page but this page is sloppy and mere duplicates, which doesn’t look too good

6. Conclusions

I know that Bitcoin Penguin has no license and that I found a few minor glitches while working on this Bitcoin Penguin casino review I can honestly say that I quite like this crypto casino. The game selection is really good and neatly categorized and the navigation is sleek. 

Yes sure, the promotions aren’t nearly as good as what you’ll find at other crypto casinos but they do give you a choice of over 20 slots to play with your free spins and the wagering requirements are stock standard at x45. 

The terms and conditions page doesn’t have a lot of information on it but this also didn’t really bother me because the customer support team is always there to answer any questions you may have and I also appreciate the max 5 BTC withdrawal restriction which is quite high compared to other casinos that often limit withdrawals to $15 000 a month. 

The site could do with a little bit of fine-tuning and it would be great to see them being more active on social media but my overall experience at Bitcoin Penguin Casino was good and although there are undoubtedly many better crypto casinos out there, I can’t see a valid reason not to recommend this casino entirely.
