Live chat is available 24/7. But in order to access it, you’ll need to provide your username and email address. Not ideal for new players who haven’t made up their mind to register yet, eh? Once you’re in, you’ll choose the option that most suits your needs. 

I was greeted by a live agent within a minute, which is very fast. However, when I asked my question, they again asked me for my username. “Didn’t I already provide you with that to access this feature?” 

I hate support teams that make me repeat unnecessary steps. 

After I once again gave them my username, I waited…and waited…and waited. “Please, allow me some time. I’ll check the information and get back to you.” 

Eventually, the agent did get back to me with the info. And it was helpful. I would say that their agents need a bit more personality. The conversation felt a bit clinical. But this is a very minor critique.
