What I like here is the way the site is laid out. I could easily sort and filter games by provider, features, and even volatility. And that last one is not very common even at the best Bitcoin casinos. 

But for now, let’s take a closer look at what Thrill Casino does have for us to play. 

Thrill Originals

For me, the highlight here is the growing lineup of Thrill Originals. And yes, all of these are provably fair games. It’s encouraging for me to see a new crypto casino investing so much in exclusive in-house titles like this. 

My personal favorite is Plinko, a simple game for a simple guy. The latest addition to the lineup is the Bitcoin crash game.

In this Thrill Original, you can place multiple bets in the same round and even lock in a unique feature to automatically cashout at your chosen multiplier.

The selection of Bitcoin slots here at Thrill Casino is continuing to grow, and that filter for sorting games by volatility is a huge plus.

When I first entered the Bitcoin live casino section, I was a bit confused. Almost all of the games being shown displayed a geo-restriction warning. Not a great look for a site that has so few live dealer games on offer. 

Once I activated my VPN, the games suddenly unlocked, and I could access them. However, the site’s terms say that this is a violation. So, I wouldn’t recommend Thrill as a VPN-friendly casino. 

Crypto Table Games

The least thrilling aspect of the casino lobby is the table games section. “Feels limited” would be an understatement. And Thrill has committed what, in my opinion, is the ultimate sin, mixing live dealer games with RNG games here. 

If you already have a dedicated section for live casino games, then just place RNG games in the table games section. However, when you see the number of RNG table games on offer here, it makes sense as to why they did this. 

Because there are only four RNG games available. You have a Bitcoin blackjack game, a crypto roulette game, a Bitcoin baccarat game, and something I was wholly unfamiliar with called Ace Race. 

I’m sorry, but four RNG table games are not enough. I know that these types of games have fallen out of favor with many players. But sometimes I want to play a card game without someone blah-blah-blahing the entire session.

Bitcoin Bookmaker

If you thought there was no Bitcoin bookmaker at Thrill, you weren’t alone. In fact, I missed it throughout my entire review until I went back and looked at my notes, where I wrote down that they have one.

Surprise! 

But when I was on the site, I honestly could not find it. There’s nowhere on the side menu or the top menu indicating that they have one. Usually, I’m looking for a word that says “sports” somewhere. 

Here it is!

You have to toggle the switch from the ace of spades to the soccer ball. And my question is, “Who is supposed to know that?” This is extremely unintuitive, and I hope that Thrill reconsiders this design flaw. 

Users should be able to easily navigate your site, and 100% know where everything is. The way this feature is designed, I’m guessing many will assume there is no betting platform and move on. 

Anyway, once I discovered this feature, I have to admit that I was impressed. Thrill offers a great sportsbook where you can place your bets on many of the top sporting events and esports betting tournaments. 

One unique feature here at Thrill is the ability to share your bet slips with others. How does this work?

Just generate a wager link and post it in the social chat so others can follow along. It’s kind of exciting to add a social element to an already very social activity like sports betting. 

The one downside here is that, besides their loyalty scheme, there are no betting promos available. So if that’s what you’re seeking, I’d still recommend Stake or Bets.io. 

Customer Support

Got questions? Thrill Casino has answers. But are they helpful? That’s up for debate. At the moment, you can find support via the following channels.

Honestly, I’m not sure why the team behind Thrill bothered to offer both the in-chat FAQ and the on-site help center. They are exactly the same. Seems like overkill, but what do I know? 

And while I appreciate the fact that live chat is available 24/7, the canned copy/paste responses aren’t very helpful. When players have real questions, we expect genuine answers. 

Again, though, I am erring on the side of caution and hoping that Thrill Casino can invest a bit more in training their new support agents. Hopefully, with time, this can be improved.
