Joe responded to my initial question in about three minutes, which is an average rate for many support agents. Remember, agents are usually busy handling multiple requests at one time, so please be kind and patient with them. 

However, Joe’s response was a very indirect answer to my question regarding the site’s license. I don’t like beating around the bush. I just want a simple response to my question. Unfortunately, I had to ask follow up questions. This time, it took Joe more than 5 minutes to respond to me, which is longer than the average rate of response from most support agents. He did give me a response to my question. However, when I went to search the place he sent me, I still did not find the information I was seeking. So, in this regard, I would deem the customer support to be unhelpful as my original question was not directly answered, and my follow up question was misguided.

And without that license, I am not given that reassurance here.
