5. Customer Support

Unfortunately, my experience with support was not as stellar as it was my first time here.

In my previous review of 0xBet, I noted that there are two channels for support.

In that review, I commented that the support team was “fast and helped out in a very professional and friendly manner.” But does the same hold true today? That’s what we’re here to find out. One of the things I noticed when diving deep into the bonus terms and conditions here at 0xBet was that I could not find game weights. I wanted to know if players could play live casino games to count toward their wagering requirements. 

The good news here is that I was instantly connected to a support agent. However, I did not find them to be informative or helpful. A lot of times, I feel that I receive canned responses from support agents. I am not a huge fan of this because it makes me feel as if my inquiry isn’t being treated seriously. However, the responses I received from the agent at 0xBet looked like they came right out of ChatGPT. Instead of answering my question about game weights, I received a response on what game weights are and how they work. When I informed the agent that this was not an answer to my question, they ultimately told me that they could not help me. 

It’s unfortunate that I had such a positive experience with the support team at 0xBet before and then to have this negative experience today. I think that 0xBet could benefit from 1) making their bonus terms a bit clearer in this regard and 2) a little more training for their support agents.

In terms of security and transparency at 0xBet, the site states that the “casino and related rights belong to Casbit Group N.V. incorporated in Curaçao, Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), by the digital reg. number 157923.” However, I could not find a license number for the site. Usually, this is listed here, but it appears to be missing. It’s important to note that being registered in Curaçao as a business does not mean that the site is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. However, there are a lot of changes happening at the CGCB at the moment, so this could be because of this.
