This Halloween, Yggdrasil has a new slot you can really sink your teeth into. Vampire Riches DoubleMax is a 5×3 slot with 243 paylines. The base game rewards you with cascading wins and the DoubleMax feature, which will double a progressive multiplier for every win you land on that spin. Landing three or more scatter symbols will reward you with up to 11 free spins to play with. You can also use the Bonus Buy or Golden Bet features to help trigger the bonus game.
Firstly, I just want to note that Yggdrasil always makes great-looking games, even if they don’t offer much in terms of something new. And that’s pretty much what we get with Vampire Riches DoubleMax. The game essentially plays like various other slots we have seen, but this time rebranded with a vampire theme.
Vampire Riches DoubleMax has some of the best visual graphics on all the new Halloween slots this season.
However, I do like this DoubleMax feature, especially in the free spins game, where the multiplier does not reset with every spin. This can allow you to hit some pretty massive multipliers and potentially walk away with some epic wins. I have to admit that I cheated and used the bonus buy feature, recouped the cost of the feature, and still walked with a $100 profit.

While Vampire Riches DoubleMax may be a rehash of other games, I genuinely like the theme of this new Halloween slot. From the graphic design to the music playing to the actual gameplay, this is a slot I would 100% recommend checking out.

In terms of the bonus game in Nightmare Family Megaways, a few things happen. The first is that before the bonus game begins, you’ll be sent to a bonus wheel to spin. This will determine the maximum number of Megaways you can receive per spin. The range for this (1,000 – 25,000 can greatly impact your potential for big wins. Secondly, all cascading wins are tied to a progressive multiplier that will increase with every win. You can also choose to jump to the bonus round via the game’s bonus buy feature.

If you choose to utilize the bonus buy feature, you’ll be offered two choices. I tried both, and I have to say that I was honestly unimpressed with the win potential on either. However, I am still going to put it on my list of slots to play just because everyone should check out what this new game provider is producing.

But where Nightmare Family Megaways has a theme that resembles the Addams Family, Halloween Horrors Megaways’ theme incorporates classic Halloween monsters. You’ll find witches, mummies, werewolves, and more in this new Halloween slot.
While the base game features a 2x multiplier wild, these can get as high as 8x during the bonus game. To access the free spins bonus, you’ll need to land four consecutive cascading wins. This will reward you with up to 14 free spins. You can win additional free spins during the bonus game utilizing this same feature. You can also unlock the free spins game using the bonus buy feature for a modest fee.

To trigger the bonus game, I used the bonus buy feature because the new Halloween slot has one of the cheapest bonus buys I have seen. While I’m left unimpressed with the features of the game itself, I do enjoy the design in terms of the art and the music. But is this new Halloween slot groundbreaking in any way? Absolutely not. Hear me out. What Count It Up lacks in looks, it more than makes up for in gameplay and the potential for big wins. Out of all the new Halloween slots I have played this year, this one has some of the best in-game features you’ll find.
