However, the biggest downside about the bonuses here is that there are no bonuses for fans of table games or live casinos for players to enjoy. All casino bonuses are for slot players only. 

Also, while it’s great to see a weekly cashback bonus available at SolisBet, it is rather low value compared to what some other top Bitcoin casinos offer. It would be nice to see a full-fledged VIP loyalty program launched here. So, hopefully, that is in the works for the near future. And for some reason, they have decided to push a lot of the games from Hacksaw Gaming on their main page. So, I decided to check out this rather unusual offering. ITERO is a 5×4 slot with 20 paylines featuring what is described as a “Roman-themed state-of-the-art game.” Okay, so this online slot certainly isn’t the prettiest game I have ever seen, but is it any fun to play? 

Honestly, meh. I’m not the biggest fan of games from Hacksaw to begin with. Every now and then, they will come out with something unique or a slot with a fun theme to enjoy. But this game is really just unpleasant to my eyes. However, there is decent win potential here in ITERO, thanks to the game’s “Echo Spins” feature during the free spins game. For every Hand of Jupiter that lands on the reels, you’ll receive a duplicate spin that will reward you with repeat wins and multipliers. If this game was more pleasing to look at, I would definitely recommend it. But overall, this one is not for me.

I tested out their live chat support, and I was pleased with the result. I was instantly connected to a support agent. They quickly answered all of my questions and appeared to be fairly knowledgeable about the site. However, there should be more than just these two channels for support. I could not find an email address, submission form, or phone support available here at SolisBet. 

Additionally, the site lacks basic information that many players would want to know before they create an account at an online casino. Specifically, accepted payments are nowhere to be found on the site. However, I did receive this information from the support agent.

Now, I want to point out to you that you can’t switch currencies on your account at SolisBet. Once you register and choose your currency, that is the ONLY currency you can use for deposits and withdrawals. 

I even went to the site’s Help Center to see if perhaps I was missing something and found this, “One betting account can be managed only by the type of currency chosen on initial registration. Before doing so, please contact us in order for us to close the old account.” Personally, I don’t like this feature, and I imagine many crypto players would feel the same.

404 error.

Overall, SolisBet is off to a great start! It is rare to see a new casino launch with so many positives for so many players. What I really enjoy most about SolisBet is that there is something for everyone here. You’ll find free spins, cashback, a sports betting bonus, and more. This is a great way to show that you want your site to be as accessible as possible to people of all walks of crypto betting and gambling. 

However, as with almost all new casinos, there is room for improvement at SolisBet. Here are some of my biggest takeaways from my tour. 

• Site Navigation Issues: There were multiple times that I would click on places on the site and receive a 404 error message. Also, if you click on the games lobby and then hit the back arrow, you are sent back to the site’s main page, not the casino home page. So, overall, the site could be a bit more user-friendly. However, this is a small complaint. 
• Game Provider Confusion: Additionally, I had some confusion when trying to sort games by provider. I saw a provider listed as “bsg,” and I thought to myself, “What provider is that?” It turns out that it is Betsoft. I have not seen any news that Betsoft was changing its name to “bsg” or “BSG,” so this could be confusing to many users. 
• Can’t Switch Currencies: Most Bitcoin casinos allow you to switch back and forth between various currencies. This makes sense because most crypto enthusiasts own multiple types of crypto. However, you can’t do that here at SolisBet, and that is frustrating and annoying. I genuinely hope that they change this feature, as this will definitely be the #1 deterrent for most crypto players here.
