And, as they say, actions speak louder than words so I’ve decided to turn this site upside down, to see if this casino puts its money where its mouth is. 

Navigation and Layout

If I have to be blatantly honest, I can’t seem to find a grip on SlotsAndCasino. On the Casino side, you are met with a white backdrop, with a promotional slide show at the top. 

Below that you’ll find search options – Most Popular, New Games, Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Video Poker, Casual Games, Jackpot Games, and All Games. 

Right at the top, you have the option to choose Casino, Sports, Promotions, Rewards, Banking, Community, or Help, with your profile and wallet next to it. 

And, right at the bottom, you’ll find the usual important tabs, except for the licensing information (because there is no license), or customer support (I’ll get to that later).

Signing Up and Making a Deposit

SlotsAndCasino requires you to sign-up by providing your email address, username, and password BUT you also need to fill in your address, zip code, preferred currency, and country, which is something that is not normally required at crypto casinos. 

Once you’ve supplied the info, you’ll need to confirm your account via email and then you’ll be able to make a deposit. 

Making a deposit, however, is very simple. 

It’s a bit different than what you usually see at crypto casinos but it took me only a few seconds and my BTC deposit showed in my wallet within minutes.

Game Selection

You’ll find a little bit of everything at SlotsAndCasino including Slots, Casual Games, Jackpot Games, Live Games, and Table Games. 

Of course, I wanted to use my 25 Free Spins first, so I played Mighty Aphrodite from Rival. 

As the name suggests, this slot is inspired by the Greek Goddess of Love, and although the graphics are not the best you’ll get, the game does have some really nice features such as multipliers, plenty of free spins, stacked wild symbols, and much more.  

It’s a 5-reel, 25-pay line slot with an RTP of 94.3 % and a max win of x9600 your bet. The betting range is quite extensive – €0.25 / €62.5, which I always like to see and the free spins rounds have multipliers that appear randomly to give give you up to 5x your stake.

Unfortunately, I could not access the live games section because I had an active bonus and my wagering requirements of € 339.60 was not met. I must say, I really like how they lay out all the rules in the bonus section. It shows you all the T’s and C’s and exactly how it works. 

I asked customer support how many live games they currently have but this was the answer I got:

As for table games, I counted 10. In the Video Poker section, there are 14 and you’ll find 38 Jackpot Games. 

I decided to try out a casual game. There are 18 in total, including GO-GO Bingo, Keno, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Saiyan Warriors Scratchcards, and Aztec Warrior, which I gave a shot. 

It’s a scratchcard game developed by Dragon Gaming and you need to match at least 3 symbols to win. I like that it shows you the paytable on the screen so you know exactly what combinations give you the highest multiplier. 

The maximum win is x500 your bet and you can also win free games randomly. It’s quite cool because it is different than the scratch cards you’ll usually get and kind of inspired by a slot game. 

There is a sportsbook tab but as I’ve mentioned earlier, it doesn’t work, and customer support confirmed that this is not available yet, which is a bit of a letdown, to be honest, because, with a name such as SlotsAndCasino, sports betting is obviously something players will expect to get when they visit this casino.

Customer Support

There is an email option, a help section, and a live chat option, which didn’t work at first but eventually did. 

The support agent was fast to reply but I got the feeling that he didn’t really know the answer to all my questions. Or, maybe he wasn’t really in the mood to help me because some of the answers I was getting were not really that helpful. 

I also sent them an email and they did get back to me after a while. 

You can follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, which is always nice to see because it is an open channel for communication and although there is a community tab on the homepage, it’s more like a blog, with the last post published about a month ago.

Banking Options

SlotsAndCasino accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, and Dogecoin plus FIAT currencies including Euro, USD, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, South African rand, and the British pound. 

There are no maximum deposit limits for crypto but for FIAT you are capped at $1000, and withdrawals are limited to $2500 a week and $10,000 a month, which is quite low compared to other casinos. 

Deposits are instant but when I clicked on the withdrawal options, it showed that withdrawals take between 48 – 120 hours, which is essentially up to 5 days, and excessively long.

Conclusion

I always try to find the pros and cons of all casinos I spend time at, and although I do believe that SlotsAndCasino has the right building blocks, I get the feeling that they’re not refining their product. 

There are too many elements that are too rough around the edges and even elements, like the sportsbook, that don’t exist at all. 

The game selection is ok, but the search options are clumsy, and although there are many customer support channels, the service I received was not up to scratch. 

It’s clear that they are aggressively moving towards becoming a crypto-only casino, which can be seen in the Crypto Elite VIP program and in the 500% Crypto Bonus but in order to do this successfully, they’ll need to add many elements, already provided by their competitors, like provably fair games, and instant withdrawals. 

Navigation-wise it is not the worst I’ve seen but it really does feel half-baked, and I know I’ve said this before but I can’t help to feel that they’re launching new ideas without making sure the smaller details have been taken care of. 

I’m sure a few years ago when crypto hit the gambling scene, this product would have been perfectly acceptable but there are now a helluva lot of insanely good crypto casinos that offer so much more. 

And, these insanely good crypto casinos have licenses, which is another thing SlotsAndCasino does not have.
