Surprisingly, there’s no traditional customer service at CryptoGames besides via email or a thread. That means no live-chat and no phone, or so I thought.

This is literally what it says on the site:

I finally found a live-chat by going to the Forum and click on Helpdesk. I’m not sure why it’s hidden like that BUT I have to give them credit for being quick to answer.
