The Free Spins feature offers 10 free spins with random multipliers up to 10x on each spin. However, a major downside is that scatter symbols only land on reels 2, 3, and 4, which means there’s zero chance of triggering the free spins during a respin. This limitation made the respins feature feel completely inconsequential and significantly deflated the overall excitement of the game. Overall, Big Wave Delight is visually stunning and has some great features, but the disappointing respins will really hinder any slot player’s gameplay.

But my favorite feature has to be the Splash feature. This random event happens more often than you might expect and significantly boosts your overall wins. When triggered, the Splash feature activates a mini-game where you cast your line and catch fish, each one awarding you cash prizes and sometimes even multipliers. 

The bonus game in Fish & Spins is another highlight. Triggered by landing three or more scatter symbols, it takes you to a sunset fishing expedition where you can catch various fish for cash rewards. Hooking the elusive Golden Bass doubles your bonus winnings, making this feature particularly lucrative to lucky players. Whether you’re a fan of fishing-themed slots or just looking for an exciting new game to try, Fish & Spins is definitely worth a spin.

Disco Wild

Unfortunately, the bonus round eluded me during my playthrough, but the idea of potentially racking up 50 free spins kept me motivated to keep trying. If you’re looking for a lively and colorful slot experience, Disco Wild might hit the right note for you but it really wasn’t for me.

Once you fill all the cells above a reel, that entire column turns into a full reel wild for the next few spins. This feature keeps you constantly engaged, as you’re always hoping for those raspberries to land and trigger these lucrative wild reels. 

However, I did notice that the wins in Malina weren’t as big as I’ve seen in other ELA Games slots. Even with the wild reels and various paylines, the payouts felt somewhat modest compared to what I was hoping for. But the frequent action and the chance to fill those columns kept me spinning the reels and enjoying the gameplay. 

When you land three or more Bonus symbols, you trigger the Rocket Choice Bonus. This feature allows you to choose from three different free spins options. You can go for 30 free spins with 1 expanded wild, 15 free spins with 2 expanded wilds, or 5 free spins with 3 expanded wilds. However, my excitement dipped when it came to the bonus round. The Free Games bonus is triggered by landing three bonus blowfish symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4, leading to a screen with six wooden boxes. The number of free spins and their multipliers are determined by randomly selecting these boxes. This randomness means you end up with fewer free spins more often than not. 

In my case, I got just seven free spins, which added little more than the $23 win I had already secured from the base game spin. It felt like a bit of a letdown after the anticipation of triggering the bonus. In my opinion, It’s Shark Time has plenty to offer slot players, especially if you enjoy a game with frequent smaller wins and a fun theme. 

Adventure of Bobby Woods

If I had to describe Adventure of Bobby Woods in one word, it would be “boring.” This isn’t just in comparison to the fantastic slots from other providers but also to other games from ELA Games. There’s just nothing happening in this game to keep anyone interested.

The artwork, which usually stands out in ELA Games, falls flat here. The visuals lack the eye-popping appeal and vibrant colors that I’ve come to expect. The base game itself offers very little in terms of unique features, making each spin feel monotonous and unexciting.

Even when you manage to trigger the free spins game, it doesn’t get much better. You start with a mere 8 free spins, and then you have to land 2 or more scatters to get additional spins. The idea is to climb up the tiers for better replacement symbols, but it’s an uphill battle that rarely pays off. During my playthrough, I managed to get 13 free spins, yet I didn’t even complete the Fox tier. I walked away with a measly $38 win from a $2 wager. Yawn.

If you’re looking for a slot that will keep you entertained and engaged, Adventure of Bobby Woods isn’t it. The lackluster artwork, uninspired base game, and underwhelming free spins feature make it a game I wouldn’t recommend. Save your spins for something more exciting and rewarding.

And because the game has low volatility, you’ll see frequent wins, which definitely keeps things exciting.

However, the bonus game was a bit of a letdown for me. You can trigger it by landing consecutive scatter symbols, which can give you up to 50 free spins. But what I was really aiming for was the Instant Free Spins feature, where you can build up to a 5x multiplier. Sounds great, right? But when I finally reached that 5x multiplier, I only got 5 free spins. They went by in a flash, and I ended up with just $7 in winnings. After all that spinning to reach the max multiplier, it was pretty disappointing.

Even though the bonus round didn’t live up to my expectations, the base game’s potential for big wins and the overall vibe of the game kept me entertained. With a 5-reel, 3-row layout and 10 paylines, the game draws you in with stunning visuals and atmospheric sound design, showing clear attention to detail.

However, despite the impressive visuals, the gameplay itself feels underwhelming. The base game offers little excitement, with random multiplier wilds being the only notable feature. These wilds can boost your wins, but they don’t appear often enough to maintain interest, making the spins feel repetitive.

The bonus game, triggered by landing enough scatters, is also disappointing. Instead of a hold-and-win feature, it’s a fast-paced multiplier collector that feels over too quickly. My win from the bonus, $76 on a $2 wager, was decent but left me wanting more.

While Kraken Bay is undeniably beautiful, the gameplay doesn’t match the visual appeal. If you’re drawn to slots with strong aesthetics and don’t mind limited features, Kraken Bay might be worth a spin. Just don’t expect a thrilling gameplay experience.
