Overall Evaluation

Digging Into JackPoker’s Cashier Details

Stepping into JackPoker ain’t much of a hurdle. Just 0.0001 BTC and you’re in, perfect for all kinds of players. What’s more, they don’t charge you a penny for your deposits, and usually, your money’s in your account right away, except for cryptos which might take a couple of hours. 

But in my personal experience, when I dropped in some BTC, it was there within minutes.

Now, pulling out your winnings, you need to have at least $25. A tad higher than the deposit, but it’s pretty much the norm for poker platforms. And, they really are on the ball, these guys, because they get back to you within minutes.

But I’ve gotta be honest with you. As good as their support channels are, those mobile-friendly channels work a treat when you’re on your phone but on a desktop… not as handy. Luckily, JackPoker must have heard my prayers because they have now added a live-chat function, also found in the bottom right on the site.

Unfortunately the response time between my questions was between 5-15 min every time, which isn’t all that great and brings down my overall grade.

Another thing that I found both mindblowing and annoying, is the fact that things like Terms & Conditions, About Us etc (see an older screenshot above) that are normally found at the bottom of a site, are nowhere to be found once you’ve logged in! I don’t know what JackPoker are thinking and when I spoke to support about they, their response was simply “Normally players want to read that information before they sign up”.

Oh, and the best part…when I asked where I could find it, the person sent me a link where the name of the casino was misspelled!!! Instead of jack-poker.com, it said jack-super.com! I don’t know if it’s just me, but I like to have easy access to all of that whenever I want, by scrolling down to the bottom.

I don’t want to be too negative, because I actually really like JackPoker but I wanted to share a screenshot I took of the “About Us” page. It is completely empty!
