I am going to preface this casino review by stating that Bitcoin Casino Kings is an affiliate site. Our main objective is to promote the best Bitcoin casinos around. However, BCK is my baby, and the integrity of the site is the most important thing to me. That is why I will always honor my word and provide you with the most honest and trustworthy casino reviews you’ll find.  So, this review may feel a bit different than most of the ones you’ll find here on our site. 

As a rule of thumb, I expect new crypto casinos to need improvements in my initial review. I don’t expect them to knock my socks off the first time around. However, I do expect them to meet a minimum threshold of what is and what isn’t acceptable to most crypto players. That being said, CrazyBit has a lot of issues. There are issues with the bonuses. There are issues with customer support. And there are issues with the withdrawals. Find out more about each and every one of the issues I encountered below.

You’ll find a good assortment of casino bonuses and ongoing promotions at CrazyBit.

Okay, so I have to open up with the fact that when I first started my casino review of CrazyBit, there were A LOT of issues! For starters, their bonuses felt rather hidden on the site. But the biggest obstacle was that the casino did not have any bonus terms and conditions posted. If you’ve been playing at crypto casinos as long as I have, you know that this is a HUGE problem. If a casino doesn’t have its bonus terms posted, they can get away with doing whatever they want with your winnings. 

Thankfully, Lara, BCK’s affiliate manager, stepped in to help resolve some of the issues I was having here. She reconnected with the team at CrazyBit relaying a number of my concerns. And luckily, they got to work right away. All in all, it took about a month for the missing bonus terms and conditions to be posted. However, this left me with more than a handful of questions. Most notably: 

• How could a casino go live with no bonus terms and conditions? 
• How many players were impacted by this lack of oversight? 
• How much experience does the team behind CrazyBit have in this industry? 

That being said, now that we have the bonus terms and conditions, let’s take a look at all the bonuses currently available at this crypto casino. 

Welcome Bonus

At CrazyBit, you’ll find a deposit bonus of up to 360% upon joining. However, you can’t find anything on the total bonus amount without creating an account. That’s not a great look for a new casino, in my opinion. Luckily for you, I did all the hard work so that I could present to you my findings here. 

Deposit Bonus Details

Now that I’m officially signed up at CrazyBit, I can finally get a sneak peek into what they’re hiding from us in their bonus details. What I found is that this welcome bonus comes to us across our first four deposits. 

• 1st Deposit: 180% bonus up to 20,000.00 BONUSD
  • Minimum Deposit = $10.00
• 2nd Deposit: 240% bonus up to 40,000.00 BONUSD
  • Minimum Deposit = $50.00
• 3rd Deposit: 300% bonus up to 60,000.00 BONUSD
  • Minimum Deposit = $100.00
• 4th Deposit: 360% bonus up to 100,000.00 BONUSD
  • Minimum Deposit = $200.00

All bonuses (unless otherwise stated) will expire after 24 hours from being issued. It’s essential to meet the wagering requirements or initiate a withdrawal request before the bonus expiration to retain your bonus and any earnings derived from them. That is an extraordinarily short window to meet the wagering requirements. 

Additionally, all bonuses need to be wagered 50x before the funds can be withdrawn. This is slightly higher than the average at most crypto casinos. Different games contribute to a different percentage towards the wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, while all table games, video poker games, live games, and CrazyBit’s original games contribute 5%.

What Is BONUSD?

So, we can see that the total value of the bonus is in BONUSD. Most players would probably assume that means “bonus dollars,” and you would be 100% WRONG! According to the fine print, BONUSD is a unique crypto coin at CrazyBit. 

• 1 BONUSD = 1 USD ($)

When I clicked on “Unlock BONUSD,” I was told, “You still need to wager about 5,000.00 more to reach the minimum unlockable amount of 5 BONUSD.” 

“As you wager, your BONUSD treasure box will be filled with unlocked BONUSD. Once you fill your treasure box with a minimum of 5 BONUSD, click ‘claim,’ and the unlocked BONUSD will be transferred directly to your USDT balance.”

So, if I am reading this correctly, you need to wager $5,000 to receive 5 USDT? I guess there really is a sucker born every minute, but it’s not me. 

Rakeback Bonus

The only bonus I can find that makes sense at CrazyBit is their rakeback bonus. Here, you can claim 5% of the House Edge back from every wager you make. This bonus can be claimed every 30 minutes. But do these bonus rewards come with wagering requirements? Who knows? The terms and conditions that have been posted don’t mention the rakeback bonus or the cashback bonus mentioned below. So, even after one month of revamping, we are still left with lingering questions. 

Cashback Bonuses

You’ll also find daily, weekly, and monthly cashback bonuses available on the “Rewards” page. The daily bonus can be up to 50% of the House Edge on wagering from your last 24 hours of playing. But how do you get up to 50%? Are there wagering requirements attached to any of these bonuses? Again, who knows? I have questions, and I still want answers. But alas. You can receive your weekly cashback bonus every Monday and your monthly cashback bonus every first of the month.

When I first registered as a new player at CrazyBit, the site had “Coming Soon” listed under the Free Lucky Spins. Luckily, they have since launched this feature. Not too shabby! You can claim your free lucky spin daily! 

Level Up Rewards Bonus

The Level Up Rewards system at CrazyBit is all about celebrating your journey and progression through the game. As you navigate through levels, conquer challenges, and achieve milestones, you unlock a series of rewards. Earning Experience Points (XP) is the name of the game. You accumulate XP by participating in games and completing various daily activities on the platform. As you rack up XP, you progress towards the next level, unlocking rewards along the way. So, from where I am sitting, CrazyBit has over 2,600+ online slots and casino games. However, the number of games available to you might differ as there are a lot of geo-restrictions on various games offered here. Ordinarily, I would suggest using your VPN to get around this. But unfortunately, CrazyBit’s site states that VPN usage is prohibited. This means that if you use a VPN to play games and win, they reserve the right to confiscate your winnings.

One huge plus for CrazyBit Casino is their selection of provably fair games available.

At the time of this review, CrazyBit has 8 original games available to play. All of these games are provably fair, meaning that you can verify the fairness of every round you play. The three most popular are here: Plinko, Crash, and Dice. I enjoyed their version of the Tower game. It has a sort of “under the sea/Finding Nemo vibe” to it. The crash game does not have a chat feature to interact with other players. But when I went to check it out, there was only one other player there. 

Provably fair mini games have proven popular with players at Bitcoin casinos. They are one of the fastest and easiest ways to multiply your crypto. However, everything available here is also available at a number of top crypto casinos and done better at those sites. But it is still nice to see that CrazyBit is heading in the right direction when it comes to player preferences.

The slot’s soundtrack is that of a beating drum rhythmically beating along as you spin.

In addition to a decent-sized casino, CrazyBit also offers a sports betting platform. Here, you can place wagers on your favorite sports competitions, including football (soccer for my American players), ice hockey, and basketball. In total, there are 17 different types of sporting events you can bet on at CrazyBit’s sportsbook. There are also esports events included. At CrazyBit, you can place esports bets on 9 different popular gaming events, including League of Legends, CS:GO, and Rainbow 6. 

When I compare CrazyBit’s sportsbook to other top Bitcoin betting sites, I have to give props where they are due. I really like the layout and look of this platform. Additionally, when you compare the betting odds here to other crypto sportsbooks, such as FortuneJack and BC.Game, you’ll find them to be a bit more favorable at CrazyBit. However, there are far fewer events for you to place wagers on here than at many other betting sites. Here’s hoping that CrazyBit will quickly expand the sportsbook in the near future!

4. Customer Support

Unfortunately, CrazyBit really dropped the ball on their customer support during my experience here.

I have to give CrazyBit a hearty congratulations in this section. This casino site gave me undoubtedly the worst customer support experience I have ever had at any casino anywhere. While researching information about the welcome bonus, I noted that I couldn’t locate the bonus terms and conditions anywhere on the site. So, naturally, I reached out to live support for help. 

I was first greeted by a chatbot that gave me a few prompts to sift through. The last prompt was, “Is this an emergency?” And I responded that it was not, but I still needed assistance. The chatbot responded, “No worries! We’ll share your request with the support team, and they’ll get back to you.” And then, I waited…and waited…and waited. After 30 minutes, I officially gave up on a response. 

Even after returning to this review after a month, I still have no response on the website or in my email inbox from CrazyBit’s support team. And I am at a loss for words about this. I have had casinos have slower than average (5-10 minutes) response rates before, but this is 100% a first for me. How do I still not have a singular response from ANY agent? That’s insane! 

Additionally, there are no other channels for support here – no email, no submission form, and no phone. This means that if you have questions or encounter any problems at CrazyBit, you are most likely out of luck. There is nobody to help you. Is this a casino I would want to trust with my crypto? Absolutely not!
