The FAQ page is pretty much completely useless. It has very few questions, and all the responses are generic with no actual helpful information listed. 

Live chat is available 24/7. But in order to access it, you’ll need to provide your username and email address. Not ideal for new players who haven’t made up their mind to register yet, eh? Once you’re in, you’ll choose the option that most suits your needs. 

I was greeted by a live agent within a minute, which is very fast. However, when I asked my question, they again asked me for my username. “Didn’t I already provide you with that to access this feature?”

After I once again gave them my username, I waited…and waited…and waited. “Please, allow me some time. I’ll check the information and get back to you.”
