As far as Voodoo’s influence on slots, one of the better ones is Beheaded by Nolimit City. I’m a fan of the theme which is why I was happy to see BGaming dropping one recently called ‘Voodoo People’. Please don’t confuse it with the Village People because it is way different.

There’s no doubt this is a great looking slot. Voodoo People is filled with crisp, detailed symbols and I also approve of the color palette BGaming decided on. No matter the symbols, the logo and overall look, the one stealing the show is of course the Bokor called Baron Fortune on the right!
This guy looks super cool and I don’t know a lot of people that could pull off a feathered look like that but damn it, I want one! I mentioned it earlier but I’ll say it again, I’m seriously considering this for Halloween.
As far as symbols go, the above image shows the highest paid ones and it was expected for a gris-gris doll to be the most valued. Also, keep an eye on the Baron’s hands during the play and you will see how he’s shuffling the cards he’s holding.

Voodoo People Free Spins
Now it’s time to go through the various features and why not jump straight into Free Spins. Just like in most cases it takes 3 scatters to get things going. The scatter symbol is a wooden mask with bright green eyes that are quite mesmerizing.
The scatters will appear on reels 1-3-5 and when all three of them land, 8 Free Spins will be yours.
The change of scenery is nice and you can see it in the above screenshot. During Free Spins, you’ll see the blue/green mist floating across the floor while Baron Fortune sits with his crystal ball in the background.

Unlock Voodoo Respins
BGaming knows how to get my approval because they’ve made sure to throw in another bonus game. This one goes under the name Voodoo Respins and is basically a Hold ‘n Win type of game.
The way to unlock them is by landing 6 or more of the green Voodoo symbol. When that’s done, you’ll get your classic 3 spins that will reset every time you land another symbol.

How to Get an Extra Multiplier
While you’re playing Voodoo Respins, you want to land as many symbols as possible of course but check this out. If you can fill an entire row or column, you’ll get a random multiplier.
The multiplier will be applied to the sum of your Voodoo symbols for that particular line or column. This multiplier can be as big as 100x!
Wow, after my unsuccessful Free Spins round, I thought for sure I would have a much better run in the Voodoo Respin game. Wrong! A sad €2.40 was all I managed to pocket and I started to realize that perhaps Voodoo just isn’t for me.
There’s a Grand Jackpot in Play
