For example, when I clicked on the question “What coins do you accept?” The response I received was, “At the moment, it’s USDT, ETH, and ETH.” It’s a little thing, but in a competitive industry, these little things matter. 

Live chat support is available at Raze Casino. However, the journey to get to it was a bit confusing. First, I had to click on the Live Chat feature on the main side menu of the site. This brought up the ChatBot + FAQ feature. You have to type into the ChatBot to access anything. I typed that I wanted to speak to a live chat agent and received the response, “Please enter a valid OTP.” Then I tried “Support agent” and received the same response. Finally, I said, “I want to speak to a real person,” and got the response back, “An agent will join this chat shortly.” So, that appeared to do the trick.

Personal Experience

My overall experience with live chat support was not the best. It took about 2 minutes for me to be connected with a live chat agent. Being so difficult to access a live person, my initial question was a softball one. I asked if live chat was available 24/7 on the site to assist with any issues that I may have. The response that I got was…not great:

“There are only specific hours at the moment but in case you have any issues you can just drop us a message or you may email us as well.” 

I then followed up with inquiring what those hours currently are and what the support email is. 10 minutes went by. No response. So, I sent a “???” Had I been forgotten about? Another 4 minutes pass. I finally receive a response:

“We are currently available from 9 AM – 11 PM UTC +8; you can convert this to your time zone. You can email us directly at support@raze.bet.” 

I get that agents can be pulled in many different directions at once, assisting multiple players. But when you are asking such a low-level question, over 10 minutes is a pretty long time to wait. But we did eventually get there. This could be because the agents are new and still trying to find their footing. My recommendation is for Raze to make sure that all of their support agents have a cheat sheet of answers ready for easy copy and paste for faster assistance. 

I also verified the KYC procedure at Raze Casino, and the agent informed me that it is indeed 100% mandatory to withdraw your winnings. So, anonymous gambling is not allowed here.
