BitStarz Casino Review
Eleven years deep, and BitStarz still hasn’t slowed down once.
Since my last visit, the site has pushed its library toward 8,000 games and rebuilt its promos around a whole new rewards engine. So I rolled up my sleeves for a full BitStarz Casino review update.
Here’s what I’m covering this time around:
- How to claim my exclusive BitStarz 100 no-deposit free spins
- The 152% up to 3 BTC first-deposit bonus, plus 180 free spins
- The new Bonuz Mania, Piggyz, and Jackpotz rewards stacking on top
- Whether the payouts and terms still hold up today as well as they did back then
My exclusive no-deposit offer hasn’t budged, and that’s a good thing. It’s one of the better no deposit free spins deals I’ve locked in anywhere: 100 spins before you’ve risked a single satoshi.
So, does a casino pushing eleven years still earn your crypto? Let’s find out.
BitStarz Casino Review

Far from a new face, BitStarz first opened its doors back in 2014. But it’s picked up a few new tricks since then.
It runs on a Curaçao license, and email-only signup means you can play near-anonymously. The library now sits close to 8,000 games, and is sorted into tidy sections like Originals, Exclusives, and Provably Fair.
But where BitStarz has spent most of its energy lately is their rewards program. The old flat promo setup is gone, replaced by a layered engine of crypto casino bonuses that pile jackpots and boosters onto nearly every deposit.
One thing worth flagging up front: there’s still no sportsbook here. So if betting on the big sports game is your thing, you’ll want to look elsewhere.
Bonuses
I’ve got two exclusive BCK offers to walk you through first. Then I’ll guide you through the rest of the welcome package, followed by the ongoing promos worth your time. Heads up: the new rewards program means lots of extras stack up fast here.
But let’s start with the one that costs you nothing.
Exclusive No Deposit Bonus

Here’s the reason you’re all here to begin with – our exclusive no deposit casino bonus!
Just sign up through my link and enter code BCK100FREE, and you can claim 100 free spins without spending a single satoshi.
Here’s the full breakdown:
- 100 free spins, no deposit required
- Bonus code: BCK100FREE
- 40x wagering on winnings
- Maximum cashout of $100
- Max bet of $5 while wagering
⚠️ Heads up: You can’t withdraw no-deposit winnings until you’ve made at least one deposit of $20 or more. It’s a standard anti-fraud step, but worth knowing before you spin.
Exclusive BCK Deposit Bonus

Ready to make your first deposit? My exclusive first-deposit bonus is where BitStarz really gets generous.
Instead of the standard 100% match, BCK players get bumped up to 152%.
Here’s the deal:
- 152% up to 3 BTC on your first deposit
- Plus 180 free spins
- 40x wagering on the bonus and the spins
- Minimum $20 to claim the match
- Deposit $40 or more to unlock the free spins
On top of the cash and spins, this first deposit also triggers a stack of extras from the new rewards engine: 12 Bonus Mania Spins, a 5x Piggyz Booster, and 200 Jackpot Spins. More on what those actually do just below.
💡 BCK Top Tip: Push your first deposit to at least $40 so you don’t leave those 180 free spins on the table. It’s the same deposit either way, so grab the full haul.
Full Welcome Offer

The exclusive first deposit is just the opening act. BitStarz completes its welcome package across your first four deposits.
All in, the welcome bonus climbs to around 5 BTC plus 200 Jackpot Spins.
Here’s how it unfolds after that first exclusive deposit:
- 2nd Deposit: 50% up to 1 BTC
- 3rd Deposit: 50% up to 2 BTC
- 4th Deposit: 100% up to 1 BTC
Every tier carries 40x wagering and a 7-day window to clear it. Each one also drips a few more Bonus Mania Spins into your account.
Ongoing Bonuses and Promos

The best part? BitStarz doesn’t just hand you a welcome deal and go quiet. It keeps the extras coming on nearly every deposit.
These are the ones I think are truly worth your attention:
- Bonuz Mania: deposit $50 or more for 3x spins at Mega and Minor Jackpots, starting at $25,000 and $100
- Piggyz Mania: feed a virtual piggy bank as you play, then smash it for up to $50,000 in Piggyz Cash
- Jackpotz Mania: daily login credits that convert into jackpot spins, with a $25,000 leaderboard race
- Slot Wars: a weekly $5,000 and 5,000 free spins pool across the slots
- Table Wars: a weekly $10,000 cash pool with no wagering on the winnings
- Weekly cashback for VIP Starz Club members, with no limits on bet level or cashout
In my opinion, the headline act is Piggyz Mania. The longer you play, the fatter your piggy gets, and cracking it open only carries a 1x wager. That’s about as player-friendly as jackpot mechanics get.
💡 BCK Pro Tip: Table Wars pays the top 40 spots with zero wagering on winnings. If you’re a table player, that’s free money you’re leaving behind by not opting in.
Available Games
Since my last visit, the lobby’s had a proper facelift. The library’s grown close to 8,000 games, and it’s now carved into clean collections like Originals, Exclusives, Slots, and Live Casino.
There’s still no bookmaker to speak of, but there’s plenty else to dig into. So let’s start with where BitStarz puts its own stamp on things.
BitStarz Originals & Exclusives

I have to admit that I’m impressed by how far the in-house games have come. These are BitStarz’s own builds, split between fast-paced Originals and branded Exclusive slots you won’t find anywhere else.
A few of my favorite BitStarz Originals worth a look:
- Plinko and Mines, the fast-decision classics for when you want quick action
- Crash and Limbo, all nerve and timing as you decide when to bail
- Chick ‘n Run and Ra Ra Riches, cheekier picks with a bit more personality
And on the best exclusive slots, if I do say so myself:
- Gold Rush Frog and BitStarz Element, two of the flashier branded builds
- Maya Secret Treasures and Master of Stars, both carrying live jackpot tickers
- King of BitStarz, about as on-brand as a slot name gets
Slots

When it comes to slots, you’ll spot heavy hitters like Gates of Olympus 1000, Sugar Rush, and Big Bass Splash. BitStarz offers a lineup that leans modern, with plenty of Megaways and Hold & Win builds in the mix.
Personally, I like that the newest releases get their own row up top. This is where you’ll find titles like Hot Step 2 Extreme and The Dog House 1000 front and center.
Live Casino

Evolution runs most of the live dealer tables here, and the collection leans hard into casino game-show energy. Plenty of my favorites like Crazy Time, Monopoly Big Baller, and Crazy Balls were easy to locate and enjoy.
Prefer to keep it classic? The staples are all here too.
You’ll find live dealer roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, from Lightning Roulette to Speed Baccarat and everything in between.
Customer Support

Support is where a lot of crypto casinos I review begin to fall apart. But BitStarz has built its whole reputation on this area.
Here’s how you can reach their support team:
- Live chat, staffed 24/7
- Email at support@bitstarz.com
- A searchable FAQ for the quick stuff
- Social media channels such as Telegram, X, and more
But what sets them apart isn’t the contact options. It’s the numerous awards they’ve stacked up over the years.
BitStarz has taken home a run of CasinoMeister Best Support awards. It’s one of the few casinos where their reputation genuinely precedes it.
That’s not by accident.
The team behind this casino pours real money into their support team. And because they do, every agent is thoroughly trained and knows the site inside and out.
Honestly, this matters more than most players realize.
Slow, clueless support is my single biggest red flag in this industry. A casino that invests in a strong support team is telling you it plans to stick around and treat you right.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Security

So how fast does BitStarz actually pay? Fast. Crypto withdrawals are processed near-instantly once your account’s verified, and the terms commit to a 1-hour target on anything that needs a manual look.
Deposits start at just $10, and here’s the shape of the cashier:
| Min | Max | |
|---|---|---|
| Crypto Deposit | $10 | No limit |
| Crypto Cashout | $50 | $50,000 |
There are no fees on BitStarz’s side for crypto, either direction. Your bank or network might still take its cut, but the casino won’t.
One quirk worth knowing. BitStarz runs a coin exchange feature that supports over 150 different cryptos, letting you swap almost anything into a playable balance. Handy, though their own FAQ oddly claims they don’t offer conversion. The feature’s right there in the wallet, so (at least in this instance) I’d trust the wallet over the fine print.
BitStarz runs under the Curaçao Gaming Authority and protects your data with industry-standard SSL encryption. Registration remains email-only, meaning they hold less of your personal information than most sites.
🔥 New at BitStarz: They’ve recently added Bitcoin Lightning since my last visit. That means even quicker deposits and cashouts if your wallet supports it.
Final Thoughts
Eleven years in, and BitStarz still holds up. What’s kept this site alive while flashier names came and went is simple: it keeps evolving without losing what worked.
Here are the highlights.
Pros:
- Exclusive 100 no-deposit free spins, available here only at Bitcoin Casino Kings
- No withdrawal limits on crypto, so big wins aren’t capped
- Bitcoin Lightning support for even faster deposits and cashouts
Cons:
- You can still get flagged for KYC, even playing in crypto
- The terms forbid VPN use, which is really a bummer if you happen to be traveling
- Still no sportsbook, so sports bettors will need to look elsewhere
So, does a casino pushing eleven years still earn your crypto? For me, yes. It pays fast, plays fair, and keeps sharpening the parts that matter.
Make sure you bookmark BCK so you never miss an update or exclusive deal. After all, we’re your favorite Bitcoin casino’s favorite Bitcoin casino site.
Fighting to be get my withdrawal since October.

Hey guys Donald here so here goes my review for bitstarz!! Aka best online casino ever! They Are great with their deposit times as well as their withdrawal times there’s been some ups and Downs with these guys for me. But I will say I have had some pretty good wins like one time when I was playing on moneymoose. I was bet 30 cents the lowest bet. You can do right when I got into the game. I hit that spin button one time. And I had a whopping $400 spin. It was awesome then I actually gradually made. My bet go up from there started out at the 30 Cent mark and worked my way up to bedding $27 insane I know but I kept it going and I was able to cash out a little under $8000 that day. It was a good one online casino platform. That’s definitely one of my good days. I will remember. That for my reminder of my never expected to win online like that. A best start has been really good to me over the last. Yeah, i’d say and I’m glad my friend appointed me to you guys who led me to them. I appreciate you as well as do I bet stars. How about happy and blessed holidays from from donald.
They burned me for $500,000… US Players BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
They burned me for $2,000 too! I live in California and they’ve never given me any trouble cashing out until I won a large amount ($2,000) and said USA players are prohibited out of nowhere
Curious. We’re you using fiat money or cryptocurrency? I used bitcoin. I won $2000 and they paid me through bitcoin within 10 minutes of cashing out.
is it really matter to find out where a person live? thats why you use bitcoin so no more all this questions? i mean when you take your 2m members you dont ask all this questions and then when they win then theres a lot of questions….dont u just give it to them cause u cannot fraud bitcoin and they are the real person who won cause its bitcoin….with all those verification bitcoin do….i dont think u have to ask all those picture of where is he living? like i said when the 2million members of bitstarz make a deposit…u dont ask pictures where they live right cause its mode of payments is bitcoins correct? so when they win they should get the payment as fast as u take there deposit just to be fair right? im just saying……and i would like to congratulate the member MNS for winning the tesla car and for winning the promotions contest and for winning the slot tournament congrats to the player MNS…..u are so lucky for winning all of this and theres only one that u havnt win is the table game tournament….OMG….u are so lucky person…..im just saying…..u guys can check it out if im telling the truth or not…he is so lucky…..
How?
Very cool game
US Players BEWARE. Do not play here, they don’t mention US players are not accepted nor do they have a blocker for US IPs but if you win money, just like any other casino they are going to try and find any way out of paying. I won $522,000 and tthey closed my account and paid me $50… I recommend not playing from the US, and not playing here if you are using fiat currency.
Hi Chris,
Thank you for reviewing us.
You’ll have to forgive my confusion, but to our support and according to the info you entered in your profile, you claimed to be living in New Zealand.
With that said, that was not the reason for closing your account. You won money using the No Deposit Free Spins offer. In other words, it’s an offer that you receive
just by signing up, thus not risking any of your own funds. These funds are bound by the max cash out rule of our terms and conditions, which is 100 dollars.
You would have been eligible to receive the 100 dollars if it wasn’t for the fact that you lied and claimed to be living in NZ when you weren’t. Upon asking for any sort of proof of you living in NZ, you weren’t able to provide any. When we asked for a selfie to prove you were in NZ, you just provided a photo of you outside, with no buildings or house numbers for reference.
Issue with the photo was that the cars are parked on the right side in the photo and NZ has left hand side traffic to my knowledge.
Sadly you make it seem like we did everything in our power to make things difficult, and I can sympathize with the fact that you might be upset. With that said, there are rules to follow and abide by when you sign up at BitStarz and any other casino, some that people might think are strange and unjust, I’m sure. But someone lying about their location and entering false information isn’t one of them I think.
Olle
Olle,
The response that you have posted to the review is aggressive, accusatory, condescending, and infallible. I find it to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a representative of a BitStarz to publicly interact with someone who is sharing their experience they had in dealing with your company. If you do not accept US players why aren’t they blocked from accessing your website? This is a safeguard that is online casinos use all if the time to ensure player restriction is enforced. If a restricted player is able to register, make a deposit and lose it gambling on your website, would BitStarz return the deposit when it’s discovered they were not eligible to play in he first place? I look forward to reading BitStarz’ answer to my question as it will also let potential customers know if they can expect to be treated the way they themselves like to be treated…and done so in a fair manner.
I just wanted to let everyone know about MY personal experience with bitstarz… I’m in Idaho in the USA. I’ve been playing at bitstarz for yrs. I’ve lost money, but also WON MONEY THAT THEY PAID ME THRU BITCOIN. And it didn’t take days, weeks or months. It took minutes. I can understand the frustration of the representative especially when someone is calling them out able fading negative things about them. If you’re being honest about who you are and where you’re from, there should be no issue in providing accurate verification to bitstarz. I RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO EVERYONE…. WHO CAN PROVE WHO THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY’RE FROM LEGITIMATELY.
I did win some money with a no-deposit bonus which was $16 and the playthrough was completed but also deposited my own money and I was in New Zealand as I told Bitstarz. I told them that I am a US citizen who was in New Zealand at the time, sent ithe initial info they requested then they requested more info, and instead of giving me time my account was closed within 12 hours. I am not mad, it is what it is you guys paid me back my deposit so at the end of the day I didn’t lose anything and you guys kept the half a million dollars I won. Again for the record I never claimed to be living in New Zealand, I was on a vacation and I made that clear. So for clarification, you allow US Players? Cause I would have entered tte the US as that is my home of residence as mentioned but the United States is not listed was not listed…
Hi there,
So you did win from the No Deposit Bonus and racked up quite a bit of money, then you put in 50 dollars when you had already won a substantial amount of money. If you have a balance of 300,000 (won from the no deposit bonus) there’s no reason for you to deposit 50 dollars of your own money if it wasn’t to try to cover up the winnings from the No Deposit Bonus, which was done here.
The winnings came from your No Deposit Free Spins.
As for being in NZ, I think it’s quite obvious you were never there. This, because you couldn’t provide a single piece of evidence to support that claim. No plane ticket, no passport stamp, no pictures, nothing.
Nope, we don’t allow US players and we never said we did.
But yes, the fact still remains that your winnings were from the No Deposit Free Spins, regardless how this is spun.
Olle
I was asked to find a bus stop or other landmark on the street that also had the street sign of the street I was on visible with me in the photo, far cry from send us something proving you are in New Zealand. And again was not even given time it was like 12 hours from the “demand” to account closure… that’s rediculous. Also, a large portion of that money was won after making a a withdrawal request for only 50 Euros and already depositing my own money. Does it surprise me that an online casino would use any excuse it could conjure up to not pay a substantial win, not at all. I understand also you are just doing your job, thank you for the clarificatoin and best regards.
Chris
