It’s a cool design actually, and definitely something different which I always encourage. Everything is laid out quite spaciously, making it easy to look at. Considering the theme, it’s the soundtrack that drives the game together with the obligatory blinking lights of course.

It’s not a surprise that being a VIP guest is always better and DJ Fox knows the value of VIPs. So much that When a VIP symbol lands on an active row, it’s collected in the Multiplier Meter on your left. This also removes the symbols from the row and activates another one.

You can keep a track on the multipliers and by landing as many VIP symbols as possible, you will be able to build your win multiplier.
At the end of your spin, your total win will be multiplied by whatever number you’ve managed to light up on the meter. Keep in mind that before a new spin, your multiplier will be reset and start from the bottom once again.

Double Zero Felt Like a Slap in the Face
One thing that confused me was the double zero. Not only are most of the positions covered with the “dud” symbol, which means nothing. DJ Fox felt the need to drop at Double Zero on me, really magnifying the fact that it was a winless spin. Nice one, idiot!
I did come to my senses a little later and realized that the Double Zero isn’t a complete waste but it does have to be accompanied by another number in order to be of value. Sorry about that, Push Gaming!

It’s not always a slot is as straightforward as this one. You will literally win what you see. Or so it says, but the way the payouts work is actually somewhat complicated. I will use some images to try and explain.
How to win step 1
At the end of the spin above, I landed a 5, a Dud and a zero. The result will count from the left to right. The Dud symbol is a blocker, creating a 5, dud, 0 combination. In this case you will be paid by your bet, multiplied by 0.5. Complicated, right?
How to win step 2
In this combination, you’ll get a 5, 0 and a dud. This will pay you your bet x 5.
How to win step 3
I’ll give you one last combination to show the complicated system. On this spin, you’ll see a 5, a dud, 3. This ends up being the sum of 5 and 3, giving you a payout of your bet x 0.8. Makes sense right? I’m glad, because I’m still very much confused.

A setting you should know about is the Push-Up. You will find it sitting right above the spin button and clicking on it will give you the option of opening up more active rows. This will of course give you a greeter chance of landing both more VIP symbols as well as bigger wins.

Ok, so DJ Fox seems to be able to pull off a fun party and Push Gaming has done a good job here. It looks great and the game play is interesting and I mean that in a positive way. I find the payout system a bit confusing though but at the same time, that’s nothing players can control in the end.
