Their usual partner, Ponyo, has been active today and actively engaging with players. However, their engagement has solely been in attempting to calm their fears rather than taking action to help solve the problems. One player asked if the support at BitDice was any good. Ponyo responded with, “Oh yes, absolutely! Support here is #1!”

At this time, the latest public chats have been players reaching out to one another to see if anyone has seen or heard from Mysterio. The latest response was, “Nope, not yet.” 😲
Live Chat Support is Down

To make matters worse, the live chat support system is currently down at BitDice Casino. The 24/7 service now appears with the following message when opened, “We are away at the moment.”
There’s not even a message stating when you can expect to receive a response. Where is this #1 support promised by Ponyo?! When can these players expect a response?! Who can they reach out to when support is unavailable?! Only the team at BitDice knows the answers to these questions. 😰
Some Games are Suddenly Unavailable
