Terms of Use of BCK’s AI ChatBot

1. What is the BCK Bot?

The BCK Bot is an artificial intelligence assistant designed to help you find the right cryptocurrency casino quickly and easily. It uses conversational AI to understand what you’re looking for. Based on the questions, whether that’s a specific bonus type, fast withdrawals, support for a particular cryptocurrency, or personalized recommendations, it matches you with casinos from Bitcoin Casino Kings’ reviewed database.

The bot is not a replacement for reading our full casino reviews. It’s a faster way to filter through our recommendations and get guidance based on your specific needs.

2. Why We Created the Bot

We created the BCK Bot because we know navigating 300+ crypto casinos is overwhelming. While our full reviews are thorough and honest, many visitors need a quicker way to narrow down their options. The bot cuts through the noise by asking clarifying questions and recommending casinos that actually fit your criteria: whether that’s anonymity, fast payouts, specific game types, or bonus terms.

In other words: the bot is a faster way to access the same expert knowledge Jakob has been building since 2015.

3. How the Bot Works & Where It Gets Its Data

Data Source

The BCK Bot only recommends casinos from Bitcoin Casino Kings’ database of reviewed platforms. It does not generate recommendations from the general internet or from outside sources. Every casino it suggests is one we have personally tested.

When you ask the bot about bonuses, withdrawal speeds, cryptocurrency support, KYC requirements, or casino ratings, it pulls that information directly from our casino reviews and data we have about casinos. The bot reads our data and presents it to you in conversational form.

How Recommendations Are Generated

The bot uses an AI language model to understand your question, identify what matters to you, and match you with casinos that fit your criteria. It does not “predict”, but it extracts relevant information from our database and explains it to you.

The casinos returned are ordered by their ratings, with the highest-rated casinos appearing first. To understand how we rate casinos, please see our Rating information page.

Example: If you ask “Show me Bitcoin casinos with no deposit bonuses,” the bot:

1. Identifies that you want: Bitcoin support + no deposit bonus
2. Searches our casino data for matches
3. Presents those casinos to you with key details from our reviews

How It’s Different From ChatGPT

ChatGPT is a general-purpose AI trained on internet data. It can answer any question but may generate information that’s not accurate or verified. It has no specialized knowledge about casinos and can “hallucinate” (make up) details.

The BCK Bot is different:

• It only recommends casinos from Bitcoin Casino Kings’ tested database
• It is restricted to our data and instructed never to state a figure or detail that isn’t in our records
• It’s designed for one purpose: matching you with the right casino

Because the bot is limited to our database, errors are much less likely than with a general-purpose chatbot like ChatGPT, but still not impossible.

In short: ChatGPT might tell you about any casino on the internet, forget it’s already closed, and offer you a bonus that doesn’t exist anymore. The BCK Bot tells you about casinos Jakob has personally verified without sugarcoating anything.

4. AI Technology Used

The BCK Bot uses Claude Haiku 4.5, an AI language model created by Anthropic.

When you chat with the bot, Anthropic processes your conversation to generate responses. These conversations are deleted within 30 days unless Anthropic must retain them for legal or safety reasons. They are not used to train Anthropic’s models. For more information about how conversation data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Makes Mistakes

Despite our best efforts, AI is not perfect. The BCK Bot can make errors. These might include:

• Misinterpreting what you’re looking for
• Presenting outdated casino information
• Misunderstanding casino terminology or bonus terms
• Recommending a casino that doesn’t perfectly match your needs

We’ve done everything we can to ensure our review data is accurate and that the AI reads it correctly. However, AI is never 100% reliable.

You are responsible for verifying any recommendation before signing up. Always:

1. Check the casino’s official website
2. Read our full review for that casino
3. Verify current bonus terms and withdrawal times
4. Confirm cryptocurrency support before depositing

Bitcoin Casino Kings is not responsible for inaccuracies in the bot’s recommendations, losses incurred based on bot suggestions, or irregularities that occur after you sign up at a recommended casino.

6. Your Responsibility for Local Laws & Age Requirement

Age Requirement

The BCK Bot is intended for adults only. To use this bot, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the BCK Bot, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Legal Compliance

Online gambling laws differ by country. You’re responsible for confirming that it’s legal where you live before using any casino we list.

It is your responsibility to:

• Verify whether online casinos are permitted in your jurisdiction
• Understand any local restrictions on cryptocurrency gambling
• Comply with all applicable laws before using a casino

7. Not Suitable for Problem Gambling

The BCK Bot is designed to help you find casinos and learn about bonuses, withdrawal times, and game options. It is not suitable for people with gambling problems or those who struggle to control their gambling habits.

The bot is instructed to detect signs of problem gambling in conversations and will recommend seeking professional help if it identifies potential warning signs. However, the bot cannot diagnose gambling addiction or provide medical advice.

If you or someone you know is struggling with problem gambling, please visit our Responsible Gambling page for resources and support.
