The last time I reviewed Wild Tornado, I noted a few areas where there could be improvements. My biggest complaint was that there was missing or contrary information on the website, making for a poor user experience. Also, the site lacked overall innovation. But, since then they’ve completely revamped their site. So, let’s take a look at Wild Tornado today and see if there have been any changes on these fronts.

This is an insanely small welcome bonus, especially compared to a lot of new casinos I have been reviewing lately. There use to be a cashback and VIP program but since the revamp, I couldn’t find it anywhere on the site. So, I decided to reach out to customer support to find out what happened to these perks. The support agent, although very helpful, replied with the following message:

”Unfortunately, we don’t have separate sections of this offers on the website at the moment. We have recently undergone a major redesign and these sections have not yet been added. They will be added in the near future.”

So, for now, let’s just assume they don’t offer these promos until further notice.

Most of the games that I choose to play for my reviews are featured games on the casino’s home page. Cash Vault Hold ‘n’ Link was the very first game featured in Wild Tornado’s lobby. It’s a 5×3 slot with 243 paylines. Landing three or more scatter symbols will trigger the Blind Choice feature, which will reward you with either the free spins bonus game or the hold and win bonus game. In the free spins game, you can receive up to 15 free spins. If you unlock the hold and win bonus game, you can play for the four jackpot prizes available. 

In my playthrough, I easily triggered the hold and win bonus game directly from the base game by landing six cash spheres along the reels. During my respins game, I won two of the four jackpot prizes available: the Mini Jackpot and the Minor Jackpot. By the end of the bonus game, I had a nice $83 cash prize from my initial $1 wager. Cash Vault Hold ‘n’ Link won’t impress many players, but it has good win potential for fans of hold and win slots.

Red Door Roulette by Evolution

Like all crash games, the objective is to cash out to get the biggest multiplier possible without going bust. However, what sets Paper Lanterns apart is not only its whimsical theme but also the fact that you can place wagers on five different multipliers at once. 

The issue with this is, of course, that it is difficult to manually keep up with five paper lanterns at one time. But it does feature free bet rewards that you can claim if you manage to cash out before the lantern burns up. Another drawback of Paper Lanterns is that it lacks the social engagement found in many crash games. There is no chat feature, and you are playing the game solo. This removes a lot of the excitement found in many crash games, so it probably isn’t recommended for many seeking that component. 

Halloween Bingo by Belatra

You can also enjoy a nice assortment of seasonal selections at Wild Tornado.

In addition to online slots and live casino games, you can also find popular table games at Wild Tornado. The site offers RNG variations of poker, roulette, and more. They still had the site themed with some Halloween-themed games at the time of updating this review, so I opted to see what this seasonal offering had in store. In Halloween Bingo, you can play up to four cards at once. The game features animated pumpkins and a whimsical score. Gameplay is fast, and the cards mark themselves, making this an easy and fun game to enjoy. This is a great RNG bingo game that is sure to be popular during the Halloween season.

We’ll end our tour of the games available at Wild Tornado with this jackpot slot from Fugaso. City Pop: Hawaii is a 3×3 slot with five paylines. It has four jackpot prizes to spin for: a Mini Jackpot, a Minor Jackpot, a Major Jackpot, and a Grand Jackpot. You can spin for these jackpot prizes in what the game calls its “Running Wins” bonus game. This bonus game sort of plays out like a hold and win bonus game with bonus stars and super bonus stars falling along the reels. Your respins will reset each time a new symbol lands along the reels.

With only a 3×3 layout, it’s not surprising how difficult it is to trigger the bonus game. However, it does have a star collection feature that will launch the bonus game if you fill the meter. You can do this if you play long enough. When the bonus game launches this way, you are rewarded with three super bonus stars that will each increase in value with every new bonus star you land on the reels. I didn’t win any jackpots in this game, but I walked with a nice $108 win from my bonus round. A summer jackpot slot worth checking out.

6. Final Thoughts

Let’s start with the things I like. Wild Tornado has done a great job of continuing to expand its game catalog. You can find great online slots, table games, live casino games, and more here. Additionally, I love the fact that you can receive daily free spins Monday through Friday here. That’s a great incentive to return. 

And, the streamlined new design of the site is quite refreshing and simplified.

However, these positives probably do not outweigh the negatives here for many crypto players.

Here’s where Wild Tornado needs to continue working:

• Low-value welcome bonus: The standard welcome bonus here just isn’t worth it. Many of the best Bitcoin casinos today offer a welcome bonus of up to 5 BTC. So, why would any player opt-in for this package that comes in at a total of 0.04 BTC? 
• More casino promotions are needed: While it’s nice to see Wild Tornado offer daily free spins but I don’t see that being enough for today’s modern Bitcoin gambler. Many top casino sites offer a slew of rewards, including exciting leaderboard races and more. If Wild Tornado wants to remain relevant in today’s competitive market, they’re going to have to step up their game in this department. 

With all that said, Wild Tornado does accept more cryptocurrencies than the average crypto casino, and that is sure to entice some players. This is a decent casino site for players who love alt-coins. But, in my opinion, there’s still a lot of room for improvement.
