You’ll find 24/7 email and Live Chat support on Mystake casino. We made contact with the Live Support agents, which didn’t take too long. While our agent was knowledgeable, he/she wasn’t the friendliest, but certainly not rude – just to the point. 

Later, we reached out via email support and received a response within approximately 1 hour so no real problems there either. 

Unfortunately, there is a dearth of information on the casino’s website. In fact, there are only 2 FAQs that cover the topics of “how can we contact you?” and “How to register?”

And this quote from the service agent does little to convince a potential player that their information and money will be safe: “Well I can not give out any details, but I can assure you we have very good security measures.”

Quite remarkable this (and not in a good way)! 

6. Conclusions

Mystake casino is a nice place to spend time. As we mentioned above, the website is a joy to use and with all of the games on offer, we were spoilt for choice.

And speaking of playing, we opted to give it a whirl using crypto, which was super convenient, fast and the fees were so minimal as to be nonexistent (although in fairness, our stake was rather low).

We selected our preferred currency (Bitcoin Cash) on the Deposit page, took a pic of the QR code from our crypto wallet, entered the amount, and hit send. 

The transaction took about 20 minutes to clear but strangely, when the money arrived in our account, it was in US dollars. We had to send an email to the casino, as the Live Chat button went AWOL, and their response was: “When you make a deposit while using Bitcoin Cash, our site automatically converts it into USD dollars. You may withdraw your money in Bitcoin Cash and USDs alongside other currencies.” OK, so no harm, no foul.

We chose the Punk Rocker slot as our game of choice and then it did this weird thing. After hitting “Spin”, the reels took it far too literally as they just wouldn’t stop! Luckily, after a refresh, the gremlin had left the building and all was well again. Then we headed over to the table games and gave roulette a crack – the gameplay was seamless and we experienced no issues. 

Making a withdrawal with crypto is a doddle! All we had to do is select the method, enter the receiving address and voila! Job done! Of course, you’ll still need to verify your account and fully wager the deposit amount.  

But all was not well with Mystake casino. We found there to be precious little information on the site, especially with reference to security, which is kinda very important. As a potential player looking to spend our hard-earned money, we’d want to know what measures are in place to protect not only our personal information but our crypto or fiat currency. 

The casino offers loads of games and a decent amount of deposit and withdrawal options. They dangle many a bonus carrot to entice you to sign up with them and their support was quite adequate (except for that strange experience where the Live Chat button disappeared). 

On the whole, we enjoyed our time at the casino but if it was our money, we wouldn’t spend it at a venue where they refuse to reveal what security measures they have in place. Big pity, this.
