3. Registration, Deposits and Withdrawals

I decided to chip in some dough at Cobra Casino to find out if they practice what they preach. 

The registration process was really easy and fast. I only had to enter my email address and password. I really despise it when casinos want all my personal details when I initially sign up. This should be left until I want to make a withdrawal so I was pleased to see that we were on the same page on this one.

Registration literally took seconds

The minimum fiat deposit is €10 but I was more interested in the crypto welcome package so I decided to make a BTC deposit. The minimum deposit is 0.0001 BTC.

Making a deposit is straightforward and there are a decent amount of deposit options.

I entered the promo code and made a 0.001 BTC deposit from my crypto wallet. Strangely, the 100% bonus was not added to my bankroll so I sent a message via live chat.

 According to the agent, my deposit was made in EUR so I had to take a screenshot of my transaction and send it to her. 

The agent sent me the following message so it (sadly) turned out that the mistake was from my side: 

‘’ As I see, you have used the coinspaid payment method. This method helps to make a deposit in BTC currency and convert it to fiat currency to be added then to the account. The exact currency can be chosen while you make a deposit.

Unfortunately, the deposit has been made in EUR to your account, and the bonus for the BTC can’t be added.’’

So, please take note to add a new cryptocurrency before making a deposit otherwise your account will automatically be credited in Euros. To add a new currency, you need to click on the deposit tab on the homepage. A new currency can’t be added if you go to your wallet on your profile page, which is quite annoying and misleading.

They did load the first deposit bonus to my account however even though I didn’t have the minimum of €20 in my bankroll (I only had €18.80) which is brilliant service in my opinion.

In my humble opinion customer service is one of the most important aspects of an online casino and simply gives you an idea of whether the casino values its players. 

And, Cobra Casino’s customer support was brilliant. As I’ve mentioned earlier in this review, I had a problem with my bonus not being added to my account and they were very helpful and acted fast.

They have a FAQ section and although it is not very extensive, it doesn’t really bother me because all necessary information is clearly stated (and easily readable) on the Terms and Conditions page. 

You can also make use of the online contact form but I am sure you will agree with me that this should be your last resort.

My verdict? The pompous beast passed the test and is indeed synonyms with speed, strength, royalty, enchantment, and strength. 

It might not have been the most exhilarating or thrilling adventure reviewing this site but this is simply because they don’t seem to take any chances. 

Everything is done according to the book and this is exactly what you want when you are looking for a reliable online casino. The site navigates flawlessly and there are more than enough games to choose from. 

The bonuses are quite spectacular and the wagering requirements are decent. They are also very transparent about the T’s and C’s and have simple and fair withdrawal restrictions.
