When I first opened the Betcrypt.io site I was a little bit confused. You are immediately met with a small banner at the top of the site and a long list of different countries. It is quite obvious that they focus on sports betting but the navigation is very basic. 

At the top you find three tabs – ‘Sports’, ‘Live’ and ‘Casino’. The sports tab leads you to a long list of countries for sports betting, the live tab leads you to a screen that displays whatever games are live at that very moment and the casino tab leads you to a page with 146 casino games.
On the casino page you can narrow your search down to All Games (146), Favourites (0), Recent (0), Roulette (3), Slots (110), Live Casino (6), Table Games (27), and Card Games (0).

Your ‘Favourites’ and ‘Recent’ games should appear once you start playing but it doesn’t. The casino is still in the BETA phase which means that it is still in testing so I suppose I shouldn’t be too harsh on them. 
I know there are so many new and innovative crypto casinos that offer an incredible user experience so surely, there had to be more to this site. 

I scrolled down to see if they offer promotions or anything slightly inviting. At the bottom I found the usual FAQ, Withdrawal Guide, Terms & Privacy Policy and Rules and Betting Integrity.

And, as luck would have it, I found something that made me very curious:

Things started to make sense. Yes, I found many glitches but I also found it incredibly interesting that the site was 100% decentralized which means that Betcrypt.io is in a league of their own. 

The languages of the site is English, Chinese, Korean, Polish and Turkish so it is pretty clear that they focus on the Asian and Turkish markets and the site might be mundanely boring but this might be because I was viewing it from my desktop. I get the feeling that it is fully optimized for mobile. 
What bothers me most is that they don’t show any statistics or upcoming events. And, if you want to close a bet or go to a previous page, you need to use the arrow in your browser. It’s a bit sloppy to be honest. 

I know the casino product is still in testing and I shouldn’t be so cynical but they also don’t give you the option to play for fun without registering first.

By now we have discovered that Bestcrypt.io’s main focus is on sports betting. They offer a few casino games but not many and they also don’t offer promotions or give you the opportunity to play for free. A smart contract is the same as a conventional contract. It is between two parties that enters an agreement based on specific conditions. dApps are like an interface for smart contracts and the blockchain (EOS). In the example of selling your house, using a smart contract, the dApp would be the app that you would use to set the price, upload the photos and input the details. 

Now that you have a better understanding of all the crypto jabber, let’s get back to Betcrypt.io.

Betcrypt.io doesn’t offer a large selection of casino games. They have 110 slots, 6 live casino games, 27 table games and 3 roulette games. What makes this site interesting is their sports betting options.

4. Customer service and support

Betcrypt.io only has an email and telegram option. I am usually very disappointed when a crypto casino doesn’t offer a live chat option but before jumping to conclusions, I put them to the test. 

They emailed me back within minutes and were really helpful. I sent them another email and they were as good as the first time. Brilliant! What I like most is that it wasn’t the usual copy paste answers. The support agent obviously knew what he was talking about.

6. Conclusions

Although the navigation and layout of the site is simple I really like the concept. They are not licensed and regulated but I would be a hypocrite to complain about this because isn’t that the whole idea of decentralization and crypto esports betting?!

The sports betting options are endless and they give clear instructions on how to withdraw your winnings into your bank account. They also supply an extensive list with rules and try to explain everything as best they can.
