Just the other day, 27 October 2023 to be exact, I was navigating TrueFlip’s virtual casino floors, with the slot machines and virtual card tables still vibrant and alive.
Today, however, when I attempted to visit trueflip.com, the site greeted me not with a spread of gaming options, but with a stark banner:
“Trueflip.com has ceased operations.”!
This abrupt announcement was the same across all platforms of the TrueFlip Group’s online casinos, including Emojino Casino, and Luckynova Casino.
The uniform message, empty of explanation, obviously raised more questions than it answered.
As a player with active accounts—particularly with trueflip.io—I reached out directly to the support email provided on what I’d call their “closing” page, hungry for answers. But obviously, the feedback is yet to be received (or not!).
Interestingly, the trueflip.io page now says it’s “under construction.”
But can we trust that? I think not!
What could have happened? Did TrueFlip go bust overnight? The lack of information is as concerning as it is frustrating.
There are no announcements, no press releases, and their social media channels (although still active) — Facebook, Telegram, and Twitter—remain eerily silent on the matter.
I did some more digging!
I reached out to our go-to affiliate manager expert, Lara, to see if she could dig up some info. She found out from TrueFlip that their brands have shut down temporarily for rebranding.
But when she asked why they didn’t tell anyone beforehand, the team at TrueFlip claimed they sent out a notification – which I’m pretty sure never happened as we never received one.
Doesn’t that seem a bit off to you?
This is more than just the annoyance of a good gaming site closing down. It’s about the real funds that players have in their TrueFlip accounts.
Like many, I have money in my account—not a fortune, but the amount is not trivial. And what about those who might have significant sums tied up?
The silence from TrueFlip doesn’t only deafen; it chills!
Just so you know, I‘m on top of this, digging around for any clues or info to figure out what’s going on. I’ve been looking high and low, but so far, no luck.
It’s really strange and a bit unsettling that a place that used to be so full of life and action is now giving us nothing but silence.
If you’re up for joining me in unraveling the truth, feel free to leave a comment below, and let’s team up to crack this suspicious mystery wide open!
