An acronym can have completely different meanings depending on when and where it is used. One of the most commonly used ones is LOL, short for Laugh Out Loud. This is unless you’re into gaming and/or Esports of course where those 3 letters belong to League of Legends.
Since its first appearance ini 2009, it has become an incredibly popular game and is considered the biggest attraction on the world wide Esports scene. During the annual League of Legends World Championship in 2019, the event registered over 100 million unique viewers, which is crazy.
Today, there are several sports betting sites that have Esports and LoL in their portfolio. In no particular order, below is a list of my Top 5 Crypto eSports Sites to Bet on League of Legends.
Enjoy!
FortuneJack
Let’s start off with FortuneJack and if you prefer to have a lot of options, you will find a lot of them here. During my test, there were as many as 101 different matches to bet on. In the image above you can see the number to the left, which is also where you will find ES League of Legends.
How about Ultra Liga, Elite Series, LCK Challenger League etc?
As an example, I took a closer look at the matches in the Prime League Pro Division that are played in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The odds are clearly displayed and it’s up to you to bet on the right “horse”.
Study and Win
If you are planning to get involved in the action of any of the leagues, I recommend reading up on the teams as much as you can in order to increase your chances of winning.
Sportsbet.io
These guys are kind enough to offer information about all of the various Esports available for betting and on the menu on the left, just scroll down and you will find Esports under the VIP Clubhouse.
If you want to get a look at the Sportsbet.io matches however, you first need to click either on In-Play or Upcoming. Clicking on Upcoming will let you know that there are 19 matches from a variety of leagues.
The above image will give you an overview of two of them. There’s Royal Never Give up vs Anyones Legend plus Team WE vs TOP Esports. Pick the winner, total score or how about a bet using a handicap?
Winz.io
Esports is definitely a priority at Winz.io and is easy to find as you can see in the image above. Right away you can find the next upcoming matches being displayed a little bigger than the rest.
Just below that, there is the list of other upcoming matches from leagues such as LCK 2023 Spring (see image) and LVP SL 2023 Spring.
When I say Esports and League of Legends being a priority at Winz.io, I am referring to the amount of matches, leagues and tournaments that are available for players to bet on.
20 Different Leagues
If you scroll a little bit further down you will find the full list. There are more than 20 different leagues to choose from and the above image will give you a hint of all the LoL action taking place at Winz.io.
At the time of my visit, there were as many as 171 different matches to place your bet on. So, if you’re a big fan of LoL betting, you don’t want to miss Winz.io.
Bc.Game
Just like at Winz.io, the opportunities for betting at Bc.Game feel unlimited. One of the things I like the best with Bc.Game is the fact that if there’s a live match taking place, it can be watched live right there on the site.
Interviews and other storylines surrounding the game makes the betting even more interesting and it’s fun to see what the actual LoL players have to say about themselves and their opponents.
Another 170 Matches
As you scroll down on the site, you can see all the upcoming matches. When you get all the way to the bottom you can see that these are just the first 24 matches out of 170 so by all means, continue to the next page for more action.
Nice one, Bc.Game!
Cloudbet
For the majority of the above mentioned casinos, it’s super easy to find what you are looking for. My impression of Cloudbet is that everything is smooth there as well, except when it comes to Esports.
For a while I wasn’t even sure if they offered it or if I just couldn’t find it no matter how many times I scrolled up and down the menu on the left. I don’t think I’m the only one who had this problem.
However, eventually I found it under More at the top. If you haven’t played at Cloudbet before, this should save you some time.
Even if the initial quest for Esports was more challenging than expected, it does not reflect on the display of options on the site.
Nice Display
I’m a big fan of how the leagues are being shown and if you look at the image above, I hope you agree. Not only does it give you an overview of all the leagues available from various countries but it also shows exactly how many matches there are in each league.
If you are a newbie to Esports, I think you’ll appreciate this.
Self Proclaimed Leaders
As a bonus, it looks like Cloudbet has already claimed the title of being the “Best Crypto Sportsbook for League of Legends (LoL) Esports Betting. That makes my life a lot easier so I guess I’m done here.
From LoL to LOL
Jokes aside, I hope this helps give you an insight of where you can go for your LoL action. I have no doubt that if you get involved in it for real, you won’t have an issue placing winning bets in all of the above mentioned markets.
When those bets start to come in one after the other, you’ll be Laughing Out Loud, but for real this time!
Good luck!
