The 57th Super Bowl was undoubtedly one of the most exciting we’ve seen in years with the Chiefs defeating the Eagles thanks to Butker’s 27-yard field goal within the last 11 seconds of the game.

The 57th Super Bowl was a close call throughout the game.
The 2023 Super Bowl did not disappoint. Between the top two teams in the NFL this year, there were undoubtedly crazy plays, nail-biting moments, and close calls.
In the end, the Kansas City Chiefs walked away with a victorious victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, but it was suspensefully close throughout the entire four quarters.
Let’s take a look at some of the highlights of this year’s Super Bowl.
The Top 5 Plays of the 2023 Super Bowl
Travis Kelce – The seemingly indefensible tight end
The Eagles hit the ground running with a touchdown on their opening drive, which for some teams, might have been discouraging, but not for the Chiefs that responded with a touchdown of their own right away.

Mahomes tossed an 18-yard pass to (who other than) Travis Kelce who tied up the game in its early stages, keeping the momentum going for the Chiefs in the first quarter.
Toney’s Record-Breaking Punt Return
Fadarius Toney, the Chiefs wide receiver, caught a punt, was fenced in by an Eagles defender, somehow narrowly escaped, and then miraculously ran the ball back 65 yards, all the way to the 5-yard line making it the longest punt return in Super Bowl history.

It also set up the four-yard touchdown pass from Mahomes to Moore, giving the Chiefs a decent lead of 35 – 27 in the fourth quarter.
Then the Eagles’ Hurts Broke Records
It was not only the Chief’s Toney that broke records at the Super Bowl. In fact, the Eagles quarterback, Jalen Hurts, smashed it.
He broke former Titans quarterback Steve McNair’s 23-year-long record for scoring three rushing touchdowns, the most by a quarterback in the Super Bowl.

And, not only was his third touchdown record-breaking, but it also tied up the game at 35 with only two minutes left to play in the game.
The Last 11 Seconds
With the pressure on and 11 seconds to go, the Chiefs kicker, Harrison Butker became the hero of the game when he made the game-winning 27-yard field goal which gave the Chiefs a 3-point lead and ultimately a triumphant victory!
What a game!

The 57th Super Bowl was undoubtedly one of the most exciting we’ve seen in years with the Chiefs defeating the Eagles thanks to Butker’s 27-yard field goal within the last 11 seconds of the game.
Super Bowl 57 Breaks Record for Sportsbook
It was the first time in history that the Super Bowl took place in a state where Sports Betting is legal and punters across the United States joined up to place major bets on the most watched annual sporting event of the year.
According to sources, the Super Bowl saw over 100 million sports betting transactions over the Super Bowl weekend alone, which is a massive increase of 25% from the previous year.
And, some bettors made a small fortune.
Drake, the popular Canadian rapper also tried his luck and placed bets on numerous events, profiting a massive $1,262,000 worth in Bitcoin after the Chief’s victorious win.
He wagered $700,000 for the Chiefs to take the trophy on which he profited $777,000 in BTC.
He also staked $50,000 on a bet that included Mahomes scoring a touchdown and won $700,000 again after Mahomes scored no less than three.
Other predictions made by Drake were that Travis Kelce will become MVP, JuJu Smith-Schuster will score a touchdown, that the position of the MVP will be a tight end, and that the Chiefs will win both halves and each quarter.

Drake tried his luck and placed bets on numerous events, profiting a massive $1,262,000 worth in Bitcoin after the Chief’s victorious win.
He placed $215,000 in Bitcoin on these bets, but these bets turned out to be unsuccessful because the Chiefs were down in the first half and the MVP was the quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
In the end, he made a profit of over $1.2 million dollars worth of Bitcoin, again using the popular sports betting platform Stake.com.

Final Thoughts
After this year’s exhilarating play-off at the Super Bowl, I’m really looking forward to going in full throttle with my betting choices next year.
Imagine I placed bets on Kelce’s TD in the first quarter, Toney’s 65-yard punt return, or Hurst’s record-breaking TD, and 2-point conversion.
I kind of knew the Chiefs were going to take this one, but I never imagined the game was going to be so close, with so many records, and even more surprises.
It really was exciting stuff!
