Just because you are into sports betting doesn’t necessarily mean you know all the best spots where you can place bets. Sure, you can call the old bookie on the corner but that’s not how things are done anymore.
It’s easier than you think though and in my weekly sports betting article I’m not only letting you know what the biggest events coming up are, I will also show you where you can go.
This week there’s MLB Playoffs, NHL, NFL, Euro 2024 football and a massive Youtuber crossover boxing event!
1) MLB Playoffs
Things are really heating up in the MLB playoffs and we have already seen two major upsets. The American League nr 1, Baltimore Orioles and National League nr 2, the Los Angeles Dodgers, were immediately knocked out by a Wild Card team.
That’s right, both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Texas Rangers came together at the right time and are both ready for the ALCS and NLCS. Who saw that coming?
The Philadelphia Phillies have a chance to closet out the series and move on with a win tonight against the Atlanta Braves.
2) NHL Hockey
Connor McDavid and his Oilers are one of the favorites to win it all this season. Taking on the Vancouver Canucks in the first game turned out to be the opening night from hell as the Canucks CRUSHED them with the score 8-1!
What a start for not just the Canucks as a team but also Elias Pettersson (1G + 3A) and Brock Boeser (4G) who both had a 4 point night.
A new season of the world’s greatest game is off and running and there is so much to look forward to, both on the ice and for all you sports betting fans.
3) Football – EURO 2024 Qualifiers
To make it into the EURO 2024 tournament is not easy, as a lot of teams can attest to. We’re about halfway through the qualifiers and there are a ton of hot games coming up tonight and for the next 5-6 days.
4) NFL – Week 6
Two teams remain with a clean record after 5 weeks, the 49ers and the Eagles who are both 5-0. As impressive as it is, and the two can very well meet in the NFC Championship, there are teams that will do anything to put a beating on them.
The Chiefs, Lions and the rejuvenated Detroit Lions only have 1 loss so far and are looking as hungry as ever.
Who can keep the train going through another week starting tonight with the Chiefs vs the Broncos?
5) Boxing – KSI vs Tommy Fury & Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis
You can say what you want about Youtubers and boxing but they do attract attention and this one might be the wildest one. If you’ve missed it, let’s just say Dillon Danis Twitter feed went extremely personal towards Logan Paul and there are going to be a lot of emotions in the ring on Saturday.
Then there’s KSI, who is looking to prove that he can do what Jake Paul couldn’t – beat Tommy Fury. Personally I believe Fury should win easily but you never know with boxing.
Stake just happens to be one of the sponsors and does of course offer bets on both matches:
