BEEM casino offers support via Live Chat, email and Facebook. Strangely, their Live Chat functionality wasn’t available at first and then it appeared at a later stage.

I had a query regarding a payment / withdrawal method (the image wasn’t loading; you’ll see this in the tables below) so I decided to reach out. Contacting them via email was painful, as my initial email bounced back (not their fault though, I suspect), so I tried the Live Chat. 

The first support person asked me to do the usual (log out of my account, clear my cache and reboot), which I did but that didn’t solve the problem. The next support person just didn’t get back to me and I eventually closed the chat session. 

This does not bode well for a burgeoning casino. Personally, I would be very wary of any online casino that doesn’t have a fully functioning support team, or one that delivers unsatisfactory results, such as with BEEM casino.

BEEM Casino is a newcomer to the scene. In a fairly short time frame, they’ve managed to set up a decent platform with some 2,000 games on offer. 

The casino accepts both crypto and fiat currencies (a fair amount of each, in fact), but it is limited in the number of deposit and withdrawal options. Another potential concern  is the range of countries on its restricted list as well as the payout times. Under their Payment Policy, they state that cash-out requests will be finalized within 60 minutes.
There are some attractive bonuses on offer to entice players, including Welcome bonuses, Free Spin Tuesdays and Weekend bonuses. Then there’s also BEEMboxes, where you can collect points and level up through their loyalty program. 

The casino offers a VIP program and this will put you in line for exclusive bonuses, free spins, cash back and more. Unfortunately, there is no self-exclusion option nor much in the way of help  (no FAQs and precious little in the way of useful information). 
In terms of design, BEEM’s website is attractive, modern – thanks to its space theme – and easy to navigate. The onboarding process was quick and hassle-free. (it took only a few minutes to complete.) You will, in time, have to submit certain information, such as your identity document, utility bills, a bank statement and add a phone number.

The mobile game experience was good, as all of their desktop content is IOS and Android compatible. A nice touch when playing desktop games is how they’ve added a column on the right-hand side of the play area that depicts the Latest Winners, Jackpots, and Tournament results.

Now we come to their customer support element. You can reach out to BEEM casino via Facebook, email or Live Chat. When I sent them an email, it bounced back – although I believe the issue might have been on my side. 
Next, I reached out via their Live Chat as I had a query regarding an element on their payment / withdrawal tables. The first person to help me asked me to do the standard stuff (log out of my account, clear the cache and reboot). This I did but the problem persisted. 

The second person I tried to get help from simply didn’t respond. After much time spent waiting, I lost my patience and killed the chat session. 
While there’s nothing particularly untoward about BEEM casino, they’re still building up their reputation and need to address a few issues before I’d feel comfortable recommending them – foremost of which is their support structure. 

Our suggestion would therefore be to ease into playing and assure yourself that you’re comfortable before dropping huge amounts of cash into your account.
