Organizers of the IGB Live! Expo and the annual IGB Affiliate Conference, Clarion Gaming has recently announced that registrations to the joint events held in Amsterdam this year rose by nearly 40% after the Dutch Government eased up on Covid-19 quarantine restrictions earlier this month.
The Dutch Government has confirmed that those travelling to the Netherlands would not be required to quarantine upon arrival, provided that they have been fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus. This rule will apply to all travelers entering the Netherlands from the 22nd of September, even those who have recently visited countries with high levels of Covid-19 infections. The Dutch Government has also stated that the 1.5-meter social distancing regulation will not be enforced, however, Coronavirus Access Passes will be issued to those attending the event.
Portfolio Director for Clarion Gaming, Naomi Barton had this to say:
We had already secured a business exemption to the quarantine regulations for IGB Live! and IGB Affiliate visitors, but this news really makes it a very simple process for all of our stakeholders to attend what will be the first in-person gaming industry event since ICE London was held in February 2020,”
Barton had also mentioned that attendees who are not fully vaccinated will also be permitted to enter the Netherlands, although certain terms and conditions will apply to these travelers.
Those travelers who are not fully vaccinated are also welcome to travel to Amsterdam, providing they have proof of a negative Covid test and an invitation letter that we will provide them with,… They can then test for free at the RAI before entering iGB Live!, with the results delivered in 15 minutes. IGB Live! really is back!”
SoftSwiss to attend!
One of the top iGaming software and service providers in the industry, SoftSwiss, will be attending the joint event to showcase the company’s solutions and innovations in the iGaming industry to existing and potential clients.
Attendees will be acquainted with the company’s products and services at the SoftSwiss stand and engage with representatives of the brand to answer questions about the company’s offerings and iGaming services.
The SoftSwiss brand offers complete iGaming solutions for the launch of online and crypto casinos and sportsbooks, and also offers unique and innovative marketing opportunities for casino affiliates. The company is also well-known for its anti-fraud division and has recently won three awards at this year’s 5STAR Top 20 Awards. This is one of the reasons why SoftSwiss’ stand at the expo will be of great interest to those looking to start their own business in the iGaming sector or expand existing casino operations.
SoftSwiss Chief Operating Officer, Andrey Starovoitov commented on the company’s participation by saying:
We are very pleased to have the opportunity to visit the IGB Live! exhibition and finally meet our clients face-to-face. Even though our work processes and, in general, interactions are excellent even during the pandemic, the importance of personal communication is hard to overestimate. Therefore, we look forward to meeting old acquaintances to share the latest news and innovations, as well as to discuss plans for the future.”
IGB Live! is set to be the biggest event in iGaming this year and is guaranteed to provide attendees with an unforgettable experience from a networking, education and business perspective. The joint event, which sees the IGB Live! Business Expo and the IGB Affiliate Amsterdam Conference combined, will take place between the 28th of September and the 1st of October at the Amsterdam RAI Corporate Exhibit and Event Complex.
